If you liked our products, we are looking forward for your further inquieries, and your ordering one
Promat PSG. At first you should decide which one fits you the best, and inlude your custom requirements, if
any. Prepare and send us your copedent- tunning chart, and strings gauge. After judging the availlability of our
guitar to your requirements, we shall arrange the price for the building process. The building of each guitar
requires 6-7 months, for the standard range of our products. For special requests on formica finish we don't
have in stock, the time can be longer.The order is considered aranged after you send us the first rate of the
appointed value of the guitar. Downpayment for the guitar is in monthly rates, during the building process, as
required by us, for the uninterrupted manufacture schedule. The first rate is usually 1000 €uros for the most
expensive guitars, or 700 Euros for the more simple guitars. If you can, you can also send the whole amount of
the appointed value at once.
Delivery:
During the building proces you will be informed on the status of the progress, and you will receive a few
photos of your guitar being worked on. After you get the note that your guitar is completed, and thoroughly
tested, there are means to have your guitar in your posession. First of all, you can come personally, and take
the guitar home. If that is not possible, the guitar in it´s case can be safely transported in an insured package,
by a transport company, combining road and air transport.Transportation, insurance and delivery expences
and customs are calculated and have to be covered entirely by the custommer, in advance. We do not take
responsibility for the transport but the transportation company does.For overseas delivery, we sometimes use
the service of UPS, DHL, or other companies on custommer request. We are looking forward to contact us by e-
